Kristen Eckert was born and raised in Long Island, NY. She received her Bachelor of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Penn State University and Master of Arts in Speech-Language Pathology from CUNY Queens College in New York. She enjoys working with children, especially those with medically complex needs, and finding motivating and engaging ways to individualize treatment for her clients. She has experience in the home health setting providing feeding, AAC, speech, and language services for patients ranging from 0-26 years of age and the elementary school setting. She is committed to forming important relationships with clients and their families to ensure they receive the utmost care. Some of her interests include beach volleyball, traveling, and watching sunsets.
