Miguel A. Montiel, M.S., CCC-SLP is the Founder and President of Coastal Speech Therapy and a Speech-Language Pathologist serving children and families in school-based, Independent Educational Evaluation (IEE), and administrative settings. He is passionate about providing individualized, evidence-based services while supporting students, families, clinicians, and multidisciplinary teams.
Miguel’s clinical interests include autism, motor speech disorders, fluency, social communication, and narrative development. His areas of expertise include autism, motor speech disorders, fluency, social communication, and narrative development.
Miguel has completed PROMPT Level 2 and PECS training and provides services in both English and Spanish.
Outside of work, Miguel enjoys spending time with his family by hiking, camping, skiing, and cheering on the San Diego Padres.
